Welcome to the Next 16 Weeks
You are enrolled in a structured job simulation academy designed to produce commercially deployable BPO agents. This is not passive learning. It is a monitored performance environment combining on-campus simulation and structured remote execution. Progression into deployment is based on output, discipline, and consistency.
How the Program Runs
On-Campus Execution (Minimum 2 Days Weekly)
Live simulations, roleplay, assessments, and coaching. Attendance is mandatory and forms part of performance evaluation.
Remote Structure (Monitored)
Learners must complete 30 total hours per week. LMS logins, typing lab progress, and module completion are tracked.
Friday — All Hands
Learners attend culture sessions, guest speakers, performance reviews, and coaching touchpoints.
Module 1 — The Human OS
Regulation, escalation discipline, tone governance, and hybrid standards. Built to prevent procedural collapse under pressure.

Module 2 — The Digital Toolkit
CRM systems, dialer basics, typing lab targeting 35+ WPM, and accurate data categorisation.
Module 3 — Compliance & Governance
POPIA/GDPR fundamentals, ID&V standards, clean desk policy, and security discipline.
Module 4: Commercial Execution (Weeks 6–8)
This phase transitions from foundation to revenue performance. You will train in two operational tracks: Sales execution — structured script flow, objection handling, and closing discipline. Service & complaints handling — de-escalation frameworks and irate customer management. This phase determines commercial readiness.
Performance Standards
You are measured against commercial benchmarks: Typing at 35+ WPM with accuracy. Ready status 5 minutes before shift. Rule of 2 before escalation. Structured SIR escalation format. No unmanaged dead air. Reset between calls. Compliance scripts executed correctly. Assessment is based on outputs, not attendance alone.
What Happens After Week 8?
Learners who meet operational standards transition into practical deployment at a commercial BPO for 8 weeks. Deployment is performance-driven and based on consistency, discipline, and execution quality.
